Logitech R400 — Master Your Presentations with Confidence
The Logitech Wireless Presenter R400 is designed to help you make your point with ease. Its intuitive slideshow controls allow you to navigate through your presentation without even looking at the buttons. The comfortable, contoured design fits perfectly in your hand, while the integrated red laser pointer makes it easy for your audience to see exactly what you’re pointing to.
With a wireless range of up to 15 meters (50 feet), you can move around the room and engage with your audience for a greater impact. While the R400 is a true Plug-and-Play device, having the official Logitech Presentation Software (or Logi Options+) helps you monitor battery levels and ensure that your USB receiver is correctly paired, preventing any technical hiccups during critical meetings.

? FAQ
Why is the red laser pointer not working?
First, check if the 2x AAA batteries are fresh and inserted correctly. Note that the laser will not show up on LCD or LED TV screens as the glass surfaces absorb or reflect the laser light. It is designed specifically for traditional projector screens.
The computer does not recognize the R400 — how to fix?
Ensure the Nano USB receiver is fully plugged into a USB-A port. If it still doesn’t work, try a different port or restart your presentation software. Since the R400 is recognized as a generic HID keyboard device, it usually doesn’t require a manual driver, but sometimes “forgetting” the device in Device Manager and re-plugging helps.
Can I use the R400 with a Mac (macOS)?
Yes, the R400 is generally compatible with macOS. When you first plug in the receiver, a “Keyboard Setup Assistant” might appear. Simply close it. The R400 will send the same commands (Page Up/Page Down) that PowerPoint and Keynote use for slide transitions.
